  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Wallets, Online Payment Gateways (PayPal, Stripe), and Cash (where allowed).
  • Payments are processed securely by third parties; Simply Booked does not store full payment details.
  • Service fees and prices set by individual service providers; fees shown prior to payment.
  • Cancelations and refunds depend on salon policies; users may cancel per terms, salon cancellations may lead to refunds or rescheduling.
  • Subscription and recurring payments managed via app settings.
  • Prices may include applicable taxes and additional charges disclosed before payment confirmation.

9. Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Full refunds may be provided if services are not delivered or have major defects.
  • Refund requests for accidental purchases must be made within 24 hours.
  • Services marked as non-refundable or expired may not qualify for refunds.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Process

  • Contact customer service with order details to request a refund.
  • Additional documentation may be requested.
  • Refunds are reviewed within 72 hours.

10. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Report unauthorized transactions within 48 hours.
  • Chargebacks without valid reasons can lead to account suspension.

11. AML/KYC Policy

Purpose

To prevent money laundering, fraud, and financial crimes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
